They left hundreds roofing nails all over the driveway and the lawn. The nails punctured the tires of our cars and injured our pets.

Joe Ray's work has always been top notch. Mr. Eddie, the gentleman who has repaired different issues with my roof a couple of times, has been in the roofing trade for decades and is clearly an expert, answering my questions in detail about what he would be doing to correct my roofing problems. As a result, my roof is watertight now and I feel confident about weathering even the heaviest storms.

The work went very well. The crew was cautious of the weather and worked their schedule to take advantage of optimal weather conditions to replace the roof. Once they started the project went very smoothly. The crew was very considerate and were very careful to contain the roofing debris and cleaned up what little debris landed on the ground. Becky and Eddie were extremely helpful, professional and friendly (and patient) in answering questions and managing the project.

We've had a little bit of leak around where the chimney meets the roof and he went upon the roof and he took me upon the roof too and showed me so he was very nice and he did a good job and stop the leak and it was a good price, overall it was fine, it was a good experience.

They promptly returned my initial call and came out to take a look and give a best-guess estimate. Then because it was a small job, I did not hear from them again for several weeks when they wanted to fit it into their schedule. I was given about 15 minutes' notice that they were available to come do the work. Luckily that was fine for me as the leak was over the front porch and not leaking indoors. They seem to have fixed the problem and charged me the minimum for a job, which was about half what I had initially been told it would likely cost. Overall pretty happy. If you don't mind a little touch-and-go on the scheduling, I would recommend.

Mike and helper Keaton came over to look at the leak problem and then fixed the problem on the spot.  Very prompt and friendly.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work as well as the price.  The estimate was $2000 to $4000 less than other estimates I received (also from well-established local companies) and the job was completed exactly on target for the estimated cost and time.  Everyone I dealt with at Joe Ray's was courteous and efficient.  I highly recommend them!

We noticed the roof framing had been exposed to water. I called Joe Ray's, spoke with Becky and she said Michael may be in my area right now. He was and showed up by lunch time. He and Salvador evaluated the problem, proposed a solution and had it in place that day. Fantastic. What more could I ask for? All three people; Becky, Michael and Salvador were friendly and fun to work with.

Due to the rainy weather, it took a little longer to get work done, but they kept me posted on what was happening. Work was done as promised and Becky is phenominal. Hope I don't need another roof, but if I did, they would be the first ones I would call

They were punctual and extremely fast. Their work has proven to hold up well and I would recommend them.

Joe Ray's provided a quote within a few days of contacting them. They dropped off several shingle sample boards and provided addresses of several other homes with the colors and styles we were considering. Becky was excellent at communicating with us throughout the entire process - answering all our questions, letting us know when supplies would be delivered, when work would start (it was delayed by one day due to weather), and then following up after work was done to make sure we were happy. The entire project was completed in two days. The workers were polite and professional and were very careful about cleaning up at the end of the job, even moving the trucks and checking where they had been parked. I highly recommend them.

Joe Ray's was awesome. I called and left message after hours, and the
very next morning I got two return messages (I was tied up all day).
When I called back they scheduled with me for inspection, I think within
two days, to come out at 7:30 am. They showed up at 7:20 ready to go,
and that to me was fantastic, as most service people show up late it
seems. They quickly assessed the damage, and the source of the problem,
gave me a quote and I felt the price was fair so did not look for
further quotes, and asked them to fix it at their earliest convenience.
The roof was repaired the next day. Simply the best service experience
I could ever have asked for, and I definitely highly recommend them.

On Tuesday I called the business and actually got a person to answer. She took the information. That same day I had an estimate. They came out on Thursday and did the repairs.

They were recommended by our real estate agent and had great ratings on Angies List, so we called them as well as three other companies for a quote. Their quote was about $1000 below the others' and while price isn't always the determining factor for us, $1000 makes a big difference for repairs on this small house. Their administrator was very helpful in facilitating the whole process and keeping in touch with us about the work date and accommodating our schedules. She also informed us of the timeline for price increases in shingles so that we could get the shingles ordered before the increase. No one pressured us to get the more expensive designer shingles vs. 3-tab, but after doing the research, we decided to have them installed. When the crew came to do the job (finished in one day), they were quick, thorough, and tolerant of my many questions. They also cleaned up very well--not a trace of the old roof anywhere. Overall, we had a great experience with Joe Ray's Roofing.

They were very good and on time. They worked quickly. They had some minor problems in terms of getting some gutters installed. They had subcontractors to do that job and that did not happen quite as scheduled. Their work on the roof was done well and quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. There were some things that they did not touch up for which they came back and did. We are fine with them. I am very satisfied with them. They finished the work on time. I will not know about the quality of their work until next rain. They were right on time. I will definitely use them again in the future.

He was great, and the price was right. They did a great job of removing everything. They made sure that we knew how many pieces of plywood they needed to replace. They didn't do everything, but they suggested work in several areas. They cleaned up everything, including the nails, and they didn't disturb any plants.

They all arrived on time - men, dump truck, and shingle truck. It took them 3 days to replace the roof, and another crew came in and did the gutters. It all looks great.

This company was very honest. They did not increase the price due to unforeseen problems or mysterious unexplainable reasons. All the employees were very polite and responded to concerns or questions quickly and directly. There was no third party, such as a salesman, who could not answer any questions. Instructions were followed without error.

I found him responsive, knowledgeable and fair.

I like that they are local and we had several recommendations from neighbor's. We had a couple of other estimates and their prices are in line. They were punctual and finished the whole project in two and a half days.
