We are very happy with service from Mr. McKinney. He was able to come out the next day to evaluate our own botched effort at repairing our toilet. During his visit he was able to assess the problem right away, and the repair took about half an hour. I wished we had hired him earlier!

James came out the same day and evaluated the situation and then was back the next morning with everything he needed to do the work. He worked very efficiently and improved the plumbing layout while he was here. He attempted adjusting the prv before simply replacing which I appreciated. He is knowledgeable, and goes about his work in a thoughtful manner.

James was brilliant! He showed up on time, and worked quickly—he came prepared and had all the parts required to do the work. Part of this job was difficult, and James persisted until it was right. My brother is a plumber (he lives in Massachusetts) so I know good work when I see it! I wouldn't hesitate to call James again. Hard worker, pleasant, good price, and great work done right the first time.

James was great, he came out the day I contacted him to take a look at the issues and I provided him the list from the inspector. He took care of the rest and did an excellent job, I would most certainly use him again. His price was very reasonable.

James did some work for both my home and rental house. He was very responsive, reasonably priced, and did a thorough job. I will definitely use his services again!

James was excellent! I called on a Saturday morning and he was able to come. The problem was more extensive than anticipated and he had to redo some piping to unclog the disposal outlet. He was efficient, solved the problem, and the price was very reasonable.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced. Well I truly lucked up here. Even though it was the last minute, this gentleman was in my house in less than two hours and did a fantastic job. The rate was terrific and I can honestly say it was probably the best experience with a plumber I have ever had. I cannot recommend this gentleman enough.

This guy took care of everything. I use him all the time for my rental properties.
