INTEGRATED MORTGAGE STRATEGIES

We used this company for our mortgage on the recommendation of some friends as well as our realtor. Nothing went terribly wrong, but the individual we used didn't give us all the details about some things which caused a few headaches during the closing process. And as this was the first time we'd ever taken out a mortgage we'd really hoped the company we used would be able to walk us through the process a bit more carefully. I'd rather not go into specifics as it would require providing specific details about our mortgage, but suffice it to say that we wouldn't recommend this company, particularly for someone who is new to the mortgage process.

Steve Kurtz is responsive, knowledgeable and honest. He had our best interests in mind and really worked with us in our situation. You could tell that he was interested in making sure we were taken care of and would enjoy our home-instead of making money off of us. He has gone through extra training and has consulted for an organization that works with Christian Principles of financial responsibility.
