I was in a pinch to try and get the remodeling work done in a one week window between the time I closed on the house and I moved in. Home Serve was able to respond to my immediate need and have a crew out with only about four days notice. I was out of town during the entire remodeling so I could not oversee day to day work. Overall, they did a tremendous of work in a short period of time, with little input or supervision. The quality of the workmanship was good (7 out of 10). There were some details that were well attended to, while other things seems overlooked or not handed to the extent that I would have liked. Some of these things could not be remedied by the time I returned however. In any case they were efficient. They took two days longer than planned (7 days rather than 5). I would use them again for smaller jobs, but not for a project this large.
