THEY WERE RATHER UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE WAY THEY WENT ABOUT THINGS. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS ON INSTALLATION, AND SEEMED MORE INTERESTED IN CUTTING CORNERS. I HAD TO EVENTUALLY RE-DO SOME OF THE WORK.
