+ -1 morefrequently there is no hot water. all the other times the hot water was not working I called a maint emergency number and within two hours someone would come out and flip a switch somewhere that made the hot water come back on. recently the hot water went out again, and no one answered the maint emergency number, though I called it four times and let it ring the maximum the phone company allows. so that night I had a cold shower, not very pleasant. I called the office the next day, four times, and they didn't pick up the call, or return my call. also the water is provided my a company named Minol, and they charge about $80 per month for water; most places give it to you free.
