Fisher-Fisher has always provided me with the up-most in service while providing competitive pricing for their services. Their professionalism is top-notch, I always get prompt answers to any questions or concerns that I may have. They handle all of the communication with the tenant so that I am left alone. They also provide suggestions to improve the property after the tenant has left such as needed up keep or the need to change my pricing in order to stay competitive in this marketplace.
Description of Work: They manage my property in the Carrboro area since 2006. They screen all of my prospective tenants and run credit checks on them before supplying me with a list of acceptable people to rent to. This is a very valuable service in this area because I do not want to rent to any undergraduate students that will wreck my house. The Carrboro area has some anti-property owner laws. They make sure do not run a foul of any local laws or building codes.
