Only thing worse than the workmanship is the customer service. Contracted for full roof repair due to minimal storm damage and minimal leaking. After work was complete the roof had increased leaking significantly. Took sometime to have anyone come out to review and identify the source of the leak at all, but no leak was discovered by Sandy or team after multiple visits. Every storm that comes through causes further leak damage to the interior of our home in multiple ceilings. Repeated requests to identify and repair have been handled poorly and the damage continues to grow on the interior of our home some 18 months after the work was completed. Sought leak expert review at the suggestion of the roofer, specifically to identify if there was a cracked pipe contributing to the water damage. In 30 minutes or less the leak expert ruled out any plumbing leaks and found holes where sunlight was visible from the interior of the home and excessive water damage (rotted wood) immediately below the holes. Leak expert stated there was no other source of leak and the leak contributed to the damage throughout the home. Shared leak expert’s report with Sandy who states they would repair the water damage and replace and repair the interior. He showed up to my house today at 6:00 PM (end of day priority repair?) and removed shingles to identify damage. Said there was none and refused to enter the interior of the home to see the water damage and leak from inside, now states interior water damage is not a result of the leak, though it’s what the leak expert determined and also meets all criteria of common sense. Again, poor workmanship, even worse customer service. Do not hire; will cause further damage to your home and refuse responsibility!

Fairfield roofing made getting a new roof very easy. They were great with their communications and guiding me through the entire process. I’d definitely recommend them!
