The installer, Marcelo, was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to find out exactly what the problem was, to make sure everything was fixed correctly. He also took time to test everything thoroughly, to make sure it worked right. He even followed up several days later to make sure any additional adjustments were not needed. Because we have a lot of tall trees, correcting the positioning of the dish was not easy. The original installer(not Marcelo)was unable to do this. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a job done right.
