The service was great. I was expecting the job postponed because of hurricane Ian, but the service was thoroughly done, even on the outside under the rain. Communication was great from the beginning, and our report was in our mail the next day.

Great! Rick was on time and did precisely what he indicated he would do prior to the inspection. He worked the full time and provided us a brief summary of his findings and stayed around a little longer to answer additional questions we had. He is very professional and doesn't give you lip service or B.S. which unfortunately is pervasive with other services in these times. I plan on letting my neighbors with 1 year home warranties expiring soon to contact Doherty Home Inspections. He has our highest rating!!!!!
