Dennis helped me to find an affordable home and to secure financing at the time that I had been recently laid off from my job.
Banks and real estate agents often run the other way when there are issues that need to be worked on to obtain a house.
They seem line up when its a clean purchase without issue but in my case Dennis worked hard and long for a minimal commission, as I was purchasing an inexpensive house. Dennis spent the time needed to look at a lot of houses over a broad area in search of the right house that could work in my situation.
Dennis was always positive and always gave me the time that I needed and always with a smile on his face. I don't know if I would have been able to get a house if it hadn't been for Dennis' skill, persistence and professionalism.
