Deluxe Cleaners

I brought two items to this dry cleaner.  When I returned, only one was ready and they couldn't find the other one but they assured me that they would have it the next day.  I said that I would pay for the one I picked up and that I would return the next day to get the other one and they refused.  they said that they had to have payment in full.  I refused and insisted that they call the owner, who was incredibly rude.  She began shouting at me, not letting me speak, and finally I just had to give up, leave my clothing and come back the next day to get both pieces.  There was no apology.  As it turns out, all Deluxe dry cleaners are owned by the same group.  I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone with their lack of professionalism, and courtesy.  there are too many other good ones around, like right around the corner, in the Glen Lenox Shopping Center, where A Cleaner World is located.  They do a great job, will re-do anything that they missed for no charge, and are responsive and friendly.  Go there instead.
