 + -1 moreIncredibly smoothly. All paperwork was reviewd and discussed and I truly understand the information shared. I did not blindly sign papers. That was amazing service for me. All appointments and steps were provided and they (Bryan and Miss Pat) went so far above the required in my opinion.
Description of Work: Wonderful customer service!! Thinks ahead for the client and takes all needs inot consideration to get you the best deal possible. I will certainly use Bryan Parker's services again and would recommend (and have already) to family friends and co-workers. I am most impressed with the review of the contract and all the details so that I could inform the attorney when he was on a different line that was for something else. Bryan is simply born to help people get into homes.
