Crete Coatings

Colin put a coat over the top of the epoxy that caused bubbling.  I showed it to him that day and he said he would repair it.  Then he went to another job that I was aware of, and told me when he finished that job he would repair it.  Then he showed to repair himself.  I showed him the various locations of the bubbles in the kennel.  He said he could not fix the problem all by himself.  So on the 8th, he said he would have 2 employees come out to repair the problem.  I text him at 11:00 AM that I haven't seen anyone.  He contacted me and told me they would be there with in the hour.  They showed up 4 hours later.  I showed them the bubbles in the kennel and they said that he told them it was just one spot.  They were not prepared to do that job that needed to be done due to another job the next day.  The state inspector has already seen what the problem was and said it was unworthy and needed to be fixed.  The nails would make the epoxy peel back. The employee's told me that Colin would call me that night.   He did not.  I text him the next morning at 11:45.  I called him at 4:30 PM and emailed him the next day about him finishing this job.  I still am waiting to hear back.  I have called the state inspector to see if she has heard from him either.  She did hear from him but I have not.  She has informed him that it was unacceptable.
