COMPUTER THERAPY

I’ve never experienced better customer service! They have NEVER FAILED to immediately accommodate my computer emergencies, not leaving me until my problem was resolved! Computer Therapy is, quite simply, the best, most qualified computer company I’ve ever worked with!

Lee and his crew (Scott came to my house) are super nice and competent. When Lee couldn't talk me through the removal of Malware over the phone to save me money, he sent Scott, who spent several hours at my home and another few working remotely to fix a horrible problem caused by scammers--and my own computer illiteracy.   They only charged for the time at my home.  I highly recommend them, especially to computer dummies like me!

This company rocks! I have used them on two separate occasions and have been so impressed both times. I sent an email and left a voice mail with my problem, heard back from them a few hours later(keep in mind they are a small company and don't have someone who just answers the phones-they just have people that do the work!). I dropped my computer off that day and picked it up the next morning. The virus is gone and my computer is working so much quicker. He also changed my virus software to one he said worked better than the one I had been using. Very personable and only charges for the time he really works. We had taken the first computer to a major retail chain and they wanted $180 just to do a diagnostic and that didn't include the repair work. So happy we were able to find this company. Plus it's always nice to be able to support a small business owner. I have recommend Computer Therapy to many friends.
