He brought out a client to look at our house and misrepresented the client?s ability to purchase the house.  The biggest issue, though, was that he was very unresponsive via phone and email, although he insisted that we move by a certain date.  Ultimately, the deal fell through and we had to continue paying on our house.  If he had been forthcoming in the beginning about his prospects, we never would have entered into a contract.  I would warn anyone against doing business with him!

Armand Lenchek did a wonderful job showing me the "needs work" houses I was looking for - he listened to me. I had a long list of wishes from location to personality of the house... I worked with two other realtors before working with Armand and he is just very good at what he does. He and his support team get A+.
