The company is pretty much perfect. They are on time, friendly and professional. They always do good work.

We have been using Rose's team (Clean Sweep) periodically for the last 3 years.  Rose runs the business and oversees the work and she has a team of 4-5 girls that do the cleaning.  They are very thorough and I'm always pleased with their service.  They wash all the baseboards, windows, change sheets on the beds, etc.  Pricing is a bit high so we have a less expensive option that we use on a regular basis (just a basic cleaning with much lower quality).  Whenever I need a "deep clean", Rose is who I call!  

Rose responded promptly when I called.  She had a cancellation that had opened a spot for the next day (she said this time of year that happens more often because of vacations).  We negotiated an arrival time and when I described the job, she gave me a  price range.  
I told her I work from home and would be finishing up with a client about the time they arrived.  She was a little early, first checked to make sure my client had left, then brought in her crew of 4.  As we toured the house she began assigning the crew to specific rooms.  They moved efficiently through the house and cleaned/detailed everything.  I was in and out a couple of times while they worked and each time I returned the house looked better and better.  Then I was working in my office and they worked around me, saving that room for late in the process and finishing another room completely so I had a place to work when they asked me to move.
The carpets, furniture, ceiling fans, fixtures, doors, appliances and baseboards were all clean.  My very dusty bedroom was dust-free when they finished.  The kitchen and bathrooms sparkled.  The house felt fresh and wonderful.  They even took my clean sheets out of the dryer and made my bed.  They tidied up my two teenagers' rooms and made the beds and got them cleaner than they have been in a couple of years.  
All 5 people stayed 3 hours.  I like that Rose stays on site to supervise her crew, even though they all seem very diligent and she said they have been working with her for a long time.
Rose said they can come in the future "as needed" or if I schedule a regular monthly or biweekly cleaning, it will cost less.  
I need to do some reorganizing in my home and with it this clean, I feel inspired to tackle those jobs!  I will definitely use their services again.

There were four people plus the owner of the company. They quickly accomplished the cleaning and did a fine job using "green" cleaning products. Whole house smelled and felt wonderfully clean. We were very happy with the results and are looking forward to our next cleaning in a month.

Rosie calls to confirm the date and arrival time. The ladies are polite and thorough and very nice. They quickly get everything clean and organized and are on their way, leaving me with a sparkling and pleasant home.

I have used Clean Sweep twice before and got the same good results this time as in the past.  I called and scheduled the work with Rose.  They rearranged their work schedule to accommodate my particular schedule requirement, performed a through cleaning for a reasonable price.  Clean Sweep are people you can talk to.  Very personal service while providing professional results.

From the moment Rose walked into my home, I was struck by her professionalism, competence, and warm-hearted personality.  As she surveyed my home to provide an estimate, it was all about the list of everything that was included in her service; all the things that she and her team would be happy to do, not about the long list of services that they would not provide.  Her flexibility truly sets her apart from her competitors and the very quality that was essential to me. The cleanings are detailed and comprehensive and I am very satisfied.  In addition to offering a great service to her clients, Rose is genuinely kind.  She always reminds me to let her know if I need extra work done or if I require service in between my regularly scheduled days.  Words can not express how much I appreciate Rose and her team.  I have many accolades for Clean Sweep, greatly appreciate them and give them my highest recommendation.

I believe I covered this in the first section. I have a fairly large 3-story house and two Persian cats, so my house is a challenge to clean, especially the floors after a 2-month hiatus.   They even cleaned UNDER my 8'X10' area rugs; unheard of.  It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I am so happy to finally find someone who actually does what she promises..

Rose showed up with an army of cleaners. All were courteous and professional and my house was like a bee hive of activity for the time they were here. They called on me several times to clarify questions about cleaning certain areas of the house especially around delicate items. When they were done the house sparkled! They took the trash out with them and left and we enjoyed the cleanest house we've had in a long time. They are now coming back (with a smaller army) twice monthly. It's a great service and one I would have to recommend highly.

I had surgery in early June that prevented me from properly cleaning my house for 4 months. I live on a small farm and have an inside dog and 5 house cats, so it was quite dirty. I contacted Clean Sweep, and Rose called me within 24 hours and arranged an appointment to give me an estimate the same day. She explained what they would clean and gave me an upper limit of $300 for the fee. I explained that I would happily pay by the hour because I wanted the house to be cleaned to my standards, not according to a preset fee. On cleaning day, she arrived with a team of 4 other workers (a total of 5). They brought their own supplies and started cleaning as soon as they unloaded the car. These ladies worked nonstop for 4 hours in my house, and it was immaculate when they finished. Midway through the work, Rose told me that it was taking longer than she had estimated, but I reaffirmed that I was more interested in getting it clean than in the cost. When they were finished, Rose said that the fee would be $450. I gave them $500 because I was so pleased with their work. Since then, I have had them come back to clean every 2 weeks, which costs me $180.

This was and "industrial" level cleaning of housing for students that had not been professionally cleaned for two years. Rose provided an estimate and scheduled the work. She was prompt and she and her crew were thoughtful, very pro-active, made suggestions and clearly outlined what they could and would do. They performed all work as promised. The final price was slightly above estimate because the estimate overlooked a pantry, but Rose verified with me before adding the work.

They have cleaned twice and have so far been thorough.

I have used their services for over 6 months and they have always done a thoroughly consistent job cleaning my house. They are timely and professional. I highly recommend their services.
