Great experience! I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" for Circle City Lock & Key. On Saturday July 29 I spoke with Jason from Circle City to schedule the work. I explained that I needed a deadbolt lock installed on the external entrance to my sunroom. I had purchased an appropriate Schlage lock but, to my chagrin, I couldn't install it myself (arg). Jason explained that the work would not cost as much as the Big Deal since I had already purchased the lock and since there was only one lock to service. He suggested that I contact Angie's List to reverse the Big Deal purchase and he scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9AM. Wow. They arrive on time as scheduled, were professional and gracious. It was an A+ experience!

The locksmith was excellent! My door lock was worn, sticking and hard to turn the key. Eventually, a piece of the lock bolt fell off and was lying on the floor. Jason (NC licence #1286) arrived at the appointed time, replaced the broken lock, rekeyed it to match my other locks and now I only have to use one key; very convenient. He also lubricated all the other locks so now they work perfectly. The pricing was awsome. I will most defintely use this locksmith in the future

I locked myself out of my house and called these guys to the rescue. Jason had my door open within 20 minutes of my call for help. The service was great and he made extra keys for me. Awesome Company! Fast and Fair. If you need a licensed locksmith that treats you right this is the only one to call.

I was to meet the provider at 0930. The traffic was particularly heavy that morning and the provider called to mention he would be 5 minutes late. The provider was already there having shown up on time anyway when I showed up 3 minutes late myself. The provider provided very knowledgeable professional service and rekeyed 6 Schlage locks to fit one customized key. I replaced one of the deadbolts myself earlier that week to match all systems to one vendor. The provider noted that the direction of the key hole was upside down and switched it right side up without extra charge.

The contractor arrived on time, did the work quickly and was very courteous and professional the whole time. Very happy with the deadbolt installation and he also repaired another door lock for free while he was here. I would definitely recommend Circle City Lock & Key and would not hesitate to use them in future.

Tim was very professional and very fast unlocking my Jeep. He was extremely helpful in explaining exactly what he was going to do. Even though he was quick there was no damage to my vehicle. I saved over $40 by going with Circle City Lock & Key. Their "local" competitor who I called first wanted over a hundred dollars - first a low quote for a service call $35 and then an additional labor cost of $65 to open my "difficult" type vehicle. Tim said my vehicle wasn't very hard to open and that the other "locksmith" sounded like a scam trying to get more money. I'm glad I went with this locksmith. Would recommend them to anyone. He came early and seemed in a hurry. The entire job took about 50 minutes. I wanted another dead bolt lock installed on my back door, but he said he only had one in his truck. Besides the service charge of $65 to Angie's List, I paid another service fee of $60 to Circle City Lock & Key. I thought the entire cost of $221.55 was excessive for less than an hour's work. Angie's List should just rate jobbers instead of trying to sell "deals." Such practice is misleading and more costly to a customer because he does not know what he is getting. Update: the total charge after I received a rebate was $145.55.

Purchased the deal and they made contact promptly. Set appointment and they called 30 minutes before to advise they were running a little late due to an emergency call. They arrived and took about an hour to finish the work. All keys and locks work fine.

I want to share the experience I had with Circle City Lock & Key Locksmith. It was EXCELLENT. I needed several different keys duplicated: house, mailbox and an old file cabinet. Jim, the locksmith who made the keys, was very fast and the keys when I tried them out worked perfectly. The price for me was at good rate for getting that amount of different keys done all at once.

I needed a spare ford escape key with a remote. Jim was extremely helpful programming my key and remote, he even gave me an extra mechanical key to use in case I locked myself out or misplaced the other one again. We looked all over for our key but just couldn't find it, so we broke down and called Circle City. They asked if Saturday at 10am was good for us, and we said yes. The locksmith called about 15 minutes prior to the appointment to let us know he was on his way, and arrived about 5 minutes early to our home. He spent the next two hours or so diligently working on getting the key made, and had us try them before he left to verify that they worked great. He provided us with two keys - a mechanical-only, non-chipped key that we could use to open the door in case the keys got locked inside, and a chipped key that "does it all".
He was prompt, courteous and friendly, but best of all he was knowledgable.
