Fantastic! Helped me unlock my vehicle for $65. Made me a new duplicate key for $2.50. Cut an old rusted bicycle lock off my bike frame for $10. I made out like a bandit... great prices.

The locksmith techs drilled a hole in my front door for peep hole. They did as instructed and drilled hole to accommodate my height . It performs as it should and I can now observe anyone at my front door easily from the safety inside my home. Surely worth the money.

In this case, the doorknob was beyond repair costing more to repair than to replace, so I bought a new one that matched the old. Bret rekeyed my new doorknob. I no longer have to work the key in and out, left and right to get it to open. Very smooth opening on the first try now.

Excellent experience. Even though it was a non-emergency, they fit me in quickly for an appointment. Jim and Jason arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time, worked quickly, and were very professional and personable. Would definitely use them again.

This locksmith was professional and performed an effective service creating new car keys to replace my old worn keys that were hard to turn in the ignition. Jason checked my home door locks and mailbox offering some locksmith advice on how to care for them and adjusted some of the locks. 100% satisfied customer.

Called them and an hour later had my high security made. They even gave me a free mechanical key to my vehicle that operates the door lock. Recommend without reservations.

I called this business because of all the A ratings they have received. I must say the high ratings were well deserved. Jason got straight to work, picked my lock and fashioned a brand new key. His price was less expensive than the two other quotes. I received great service and a great price.

The best locksmiths in the Triangle. Jim and Jason arrived 5 minutes early to repair broken lock and rekey several other locks to accept the same key. Efficient, friendly, fair price for the budget minded individual that I am. I think everyone can appreciate that. If you need a locksmith who will show up on time and get the work done for a good price these are your guys.

They came out right away and advised us to write the manufacturer, as the latches were covered under warranty and would be replaced immediately by the manufacturer. That's what we did, and that's exactly what happened. It was fabulous advice, and great service.

Circle City Lock & Key helped me tremendously. I tried many different locksmith companies and hardware stores to find the correct lock but to no avail. Circle City went out of their way to replace my broken lock before night time. I appreciate the additional effort on their part to make me feel safe and secure. They really care about the customers. Easy and pleasant. Jim called ahead to check on the types of locks I needed changed. When I booked my appointment in advance, I couldn't recall how many deadbolts the house had. Before coming out, he suggested I take photos and send them to him. Not sure if he expected so many, but he didn't complain. It allowed him to get an idea of what to bring. He was a pleasure to chat with as he worked and was open about the state of the locks and how the mechanisms worked. We rekeyed 4 doors in all. Wasn't able to change the lock on the storm door, but it locks from the inside and that's what mattered. He tried, though! I think the price was fair, but I didn't shop around so I can't compare. I would call him or his son again in the future. Let's hope I don't have to.

Very well. It took several trips as there was a large number of lock and they had to orders some new keyless system. One keyless system did not have all the functionality of the old and they reorder it and make an extra trip to put the right one in at no extra expense

A Circle City locksmith re-keyed all of our door locks on the afternoon that we closed on our new home. The locksmith called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He did a great job: was professional, efficient, polite and friendly. The price was great as well. I highly recommend Circle City!

In June, 2016 one of my tenants reported a problem with their doors. I manage The Plant, a small eco-industrial park, on the east side of Pittsboro, NC and am responsible for four buildings, a dozen tenants, and thirty doors.
Circle City Lock and Key responded promptly to my call and did not leave until they had figured out exactly why each of the three doors were no longer opening and closing properly. They promptly sent a crew who expertly fixed the doors. This was an unusually daunting job and although they do not ordinarily focus on door problems, they gamely tackled my problem and did not charge nearly as much as I imagined they would, given the scope of the project.
I've been using Circle City for years and highly recommend them. They are friendly folks, easy to work with, and good at what they do. It isn't unusual for them to work me into their schedule the same day I call with a job. Their truck has everything they need to complete the job, well stocked with locks, key blanks, and tools. Their fees are reasonable and there has never been a job they didn't do right the first time.
If you want a lock changed, key alike to match another lock, or just get some keys made, these are your guys.

Reliable, professional and on time. Jason arrived quickly, provided the locksmith service and removed broken key. They are a great company to work with. I've only worked with one other locksmith who arrived 3 hours late and overcharged me. This was indeed a different, better outcome. Jason not only showed up at the agreed to time but did not charge more than he stated when I set up the appointment. He did a great job so I not only will call Circle City Lock & Key again, I will happily recommend them to other Angie's List members.
