Circle City Lock & Key Locksmith

I was shopping an accidentally left my keys in the ignition and closed the door.  Locking myself outside with no other key with me.  My roommate was at work; therefore, unable to bring my extra key   I had no other choice but to call a locksmith and luckily I called one that was both reasonably priced and arrived within 30 minutes.  In the future I will keep this locksmiths card always with me and will never again have to scramble looking for a reputable locksmith.  Circle City Lock & Key Locksmith is one that I would like to recommend to other Angie's List members.

Jason called me and asked if I would like to re-schedule my appointment earlier at 10:30am and I gladly agreed.  I'm not use to having a skilled tradesman arrive on time and definitely not early.
He had quoted a price on the phone before hand for the re-key but ended up fixing my front door knob for no extra cost.  Jason was on time, very professional and performed the job as quoted. This company was great and I would definitely use them again. I can't say enough.

I had the best team come to my house ,at the exact time they said . Jason and Brett were wonderful, very professional and had the job done in no time . I would recommend them  any time .  Thanks guys

Responsive and friendly team. Easy next day scheduling and helpful tips that saved me money, Rather than replacing my locks and running up a big fee, they recommended rekeying. Then when they arrived they realized I had Kwikset Smartkey locks so it took only a few minutes and the guys only charged me for the site visit plus a small fee. Will keep their info for other lock and security needs!

It went very well. Jim was extremely competent, friendly, and professional. He explained what he was doing at each step of the process. All in all, it was excellent.

Jim was very helpful with the quote for the services. They were very punctual and arrived as scheduled to complete e work. The price was reasonable and I will definitely recommend them for anyone that needs locksmith services.

WHAT a super wonderful young man is Jason!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely professional in every way, he quickly gets to work, when the locks were reconfigured, he oils everything down i am assuming to make sure the metal parts easily move, polishes it all up. Basically you always pay a set fee to have anyone trek out to a job, his fee is $65..... so the actual work on the two locks and then making two copies of all my keys was MORE than reasonably priced. He even took time to explain the workings on my one lock I couldn't figure out, he explained how it worked, why it worked that way, he was just kind and so considerate to this old woman. Jason was personable, well spoken, meticulous and I really appreciated such a thorough attention to every detail. I highly recommend this young man, you absolutely will not be overcharged and you will get your money's worth.

They diagnose the problem with the front door quickly and had all the right parts to reassemble it and corrected the problem. As for the back door, they had to do some drilling in the thresh board, but was able to line up the back door, so we could lock it properly.
I will definitely use these guys again. Especially since they are available 24/7

He was very responsive and came out very quickly but the astounding thing was that he discovered that a part was needed for the lock and so it would not have to be completely replaced. He determined that the part was in warranty and was available at no cost to us. He was able to get it ordered at no cost to us and he came out twice and only charged us $70 for the entire service; start to finish. He followed up on the order and made sure that the order came through properly. I just thought that was above and beyond.

I called them on a Thursday and they came the same day. Jason and Jim went right to work and did a
great job. They could not have been nicer or done a better job and I thought their price was fair. When you need honest professionals this is the company to call.

After calling numerous other locksmiths, Circle City Lock and Key was the first to actually answer the phone. Several other and quot;24/7and quot; providers wouldn't even answer the phone or return my calls. They arrived very quickly, especially considering the distance they had to drive. They were polite and friendly, and it only took a matter of minutes to have the trailblazer open. Would definitely call them again, especially after hours.

This is the second time I've hired circle city, and they are awesome! They can fit you in in a reasonable amount of time, arrive when they say they will, and are great at what they do. They got the job done well, and were even nice to my four year old who desperately wanted to "help." I will definitely hire them again.

They were very nice. One of them had been in bed. They repeatedly told me they had never left anyone on the sidewalk and they were not about to tstart that night.

They responded promptly to my request for service. Gave me a sameday appointment. Arrived exactly on time. Were friendly, courteous, efficient and professional.

To get in my car I had to resort to using the passenger side door and crawl across the console. That to say the least was inconvenient so I called and made an appointment with Circle City Lock and Key to fix it. They gave me a good price compared to other prices I received. I'll recommend them - efficient, on time and did great work.

They were at my house within minutes and had us back inside in no time. Talk about a lifesaver. The rate was reasonable since it was on a week-end after 6pm and it was exactly what they quoted me on the phone. I was so relieved that they take credit cards, as I had no cash on hand. The nice locksmiths who opened my house was curtious, nice, and trustworthy. I hope this doesn’t happen to me again but if it does I would not hesitate to call them.

Jason told me what to look at so I could get the lock out and then I was able to determine whether it's the lock or the rod that secures the drawers-- and whether it's worth having him come out to replace the lock or not. This was a level of expertise, care and time that I rarely experience anywhere, at any price. Jason is a good guy. I'm grateful and glad to have someone of this kind of integrity to work with me! He’s 5 STARS for sure. I tell all my friends about him and I will definitely use him in the future .

Jason and his co-worker were at my house in 20-25 minutes, they picked my lock, all the while Danny Boy (the German Shepherd) was by the front door barking with his big mug in the window. It only took about 5 minutes to pick my lock. I was very pleased with their rates and courteous, prompt service. I would recommend this locksmith company to anyone!
