 + -1 moreWe are extremely pleased with the results and the entire process. Steve and his son Mike are both great to work with; very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They kept us up to date throughout the process and were always punctual. There were some non-trivial challenges building the shop space and another builder tried to talk us out of it. Steve has been in the business for a long time in this area and he knows his stuff. Immediately upon seeing the site and my rough design, he set to work on making it is a reality. I really couldn't be more pleased with the work; it's top notch engineering and construction done by a company that really cares about the quality of their work and the experience of the homeowner. Others who have seen the work have commented on how well the addition fits into our existing home. "It looks like it was always there" is a comment we hear often. Should we decide to do more work in the future, my first call will be to Steve and Mike.
Description of Work: Christopher Homes built a two-story addition to the back of our existing home and also did a kitchen/laundry room remodeling job for us. The addition consisted of a shop space on the lower level connected with our existing garage and a sun room on the top, connected to the ground floor of our house. The kitchen/laundry room work consisted of removing a wall and reconfiguring some kitchen cabinets, a doorway and our existing stove top.
