Chapel Hill Childrens Clinic

We love everything about this clinic. Dr. Minozzi is our regular pediatrician, and he is an excellent physician. He is very thorough, puts our son at ease, and has time for all of our many questions. Issues that arise between regular check-ups are easily handled either by calling for a same-day appointment, or showing up for walk-in care 7 days a week. This is really important in a children's clinic! All of the doctors, nurses, and office staff are terrific.

They are friendly, knowledgeable and have wonderful hours. It is clean and I like that they have separate sick and well child waiting room and their office is separated that way too, so the sick child go in one door and the well children on another side so they don't get each other sick.

Good facility and great doctors. It's all very helpful and useful. The office environment is clean, well kept and up to date.

We've been going to CHCC for six years and love the practice. At our recent well check appointment, Dr. Minozzi took the time to talk to me and to my son, instead of just checking him out and rushing out. I have never felt rushed by a doctor, no matter the type of appointment. The staff is friendly and very competent and the sick clinic hours seven days a week are such a relief when you need them!

The staff and doctors are great. We are seen promptly and questions are answered in detail. Dr. Minozzi loves kids and is great with our son.

Are appointments are usually always quick, and I feel like they really pay attention to your concerns.

She has been really good. She is thorough, and sympathetic. Overall I have been really happy with her.  

Awesome. Best pediatrician we have ever used. She was so kind and knowledgeable, it really helped take the edge off for us as new parents. She offered an alternative vaccination schedule - because we were worried about giving our daughter so many shots at one time. I wish we could have taken her to Washington, DC with us when we moved!!!

This is by far the BEST pediatric team of doctors we have ever had the pleasure of taking our daughter for her medical needs. They have a wonderful office setting, a great reception staff, and amazing doctors. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and friendly and helpful this staff of doctors and nurses were to us as "first-time" parents. We MISS this pediatric office so much, but we had to relocate to Washington, DC for work and have not been as successful finding a pediatric team this great in DC. Sometimes we contemplate driving the 5 hours back to Chapel Hill just to take our daughter to Chapel Hill Children's Clinic if she is sick or needs a check up.

Experience has been very good. Very good listener and not too quick to recommend medicine. Excellent bed-side manner and shows that he really cares.

Dr. Windam (female) is very kind and gentle. Dr. Minozzi (male) is funny and my son is really happy to get to see him. My son had a rash in his "private area" and was horrified to let a doctor look at it. Dr. Minozzi took all the stress out of it.

They have a few doctors there and my daughter saw Dr. Windham the last time around. I haven?t met her in person but I have spoken to her personally on the phone. I was satisfied with her diagnosis, her response and the actions that she took. She treats my daughter very well. The staff is friendly and helpful, and responsive. There was some extra paper work that was needed to be done and they completed it in a timely manner. They have a clean office.
