+ -1 moreKearny was very candid, open, and honest about how mortgage brokers work and how they get paid for their services through the loan. I have purchased a number of home beginning in 1974 and done several refinances. I found Kearny to provide the best advice and insight of any mortgage broker I have worked with. Because of a very quick closing date I ultimately decided to use the new homebuilder's mortgage company. If I need a mortgage in the future or to refinance, I will certainly talk with Kearny.
Description of Work: Kearny Davis, President of Carolina Home Mortgage, provided an excellent first mortgage quote and insight into all the dollar figures that went into it. He was willing to save me nearly $2000 in closing costs over competing quotes. He was willing to accept less profit than his competitors.
