Mr. Bancroft responded quickly and professionally to my call. He was patient in explaining everything to me as I am a single woman with limited knowledge of home repairs. He worked collaboratively with my plumber. He completed the job within the timeframe he originally agreed upon. He reminded me of Mike Holmes on HGTV with his explanations and excitement! He made it right!
