If you were referred to Armand Lenchek by a friend or family member and were wondering if he's the right agent for you, let me put your mind at ease: hiring Armand and his team will be the best decision you'll make to get your home sold. It was certainly the best decision I made! I had had some really bad experiences with other REALTORS in the past and quite honestly had become soured on the profession as a whole. Armand restored my faith that there ARE good agents out there - at least one! Armand is the consummate professional. He was pleasant and courteous, always returned phone calls and emails promptly and perhaps most important, listened to me and respected the knowledge and ideas I had about my house and then applied his expertise to find the right buyer, negotiate to the highest price and close the deal. If you're considering Armand, or if you're currently working with another REALTOR and not having a positive experience, I can offer my highest recommendation to hire him. You won't regret it.

Armand and I first met at my home in Southern Village (Chapel Hill) in January.  I would be starting a new job somewhere else in early April.  What would he do to market and sell my home if I chose him?  He explained about where my home fit in the context of price, both in Southern Village and in Chapel Hill.  Armand's way of thinking, experience, approach to getting a home ready (with a fixit guy he works with regularly) and *success* convinced me to entrust the sale of my home to him and his team.  

The house went on the market, all sparkly and ready to go, in February.  Despite the fact that houses in this price range have historically sold briskly in Southern Village, not so this spring!  Because I was motivated/moving out of area, we discussed bringing down the price, which brought in some additional interest but still, no buyer.  The movers came in mid-March, and off I went to a new job halfway across the country.  My Chapel Hill friends lamented with me that very little was selling in my house's price range.

And then, as nearly always happens, a buyer appeared.  Armand was a great agent - he brought in a full price offer!!  Then we had to bring the deal down the home stretch, through both a buyer inspection and a relocation company inspection, more fixing (which he and his team supervised) and negotiating. I couldn't have asked for better from Armand, being that I was more than a thousand miles away and heavily involved in a new job and settling into a new life.  

Would I work with Armand again?  Absolutely.  
Did he give me everything I asked for?  No, he gave me what he could and was honest about the rest.

Armand has a team of people that assist with the sale of our home. From the initial visit all the way through our closing, we had him and a listing coordinator and a closing coordinator who we could contact. They were responsive and professional and did a phenomenal job! We would highly recommend them.

Armand provided us with excellent service. He helped us obtain reliable and efficient contractors to prepare the home for sale. He was always available for us when we had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to contact him again should we need a realtor in the future

They advertised the house, did an excellent job of photographing it for the MLS, referred me to good contractors to get the necessary work done, negotiated with the buyers' agent, etc. Whenever there was a need, I received an email or a phone call very promptly. Armand even kept in touch while he was out of town on vacation.

He raises the bar in professionalism. Kept up in the loop the whole time. He utilizes all aspects of marketing. I wish all realities were like him, but know he will always be our choice after this experience.

The transaction went extremely well. I have worked with many real estate agents of varying degrees of competency and reliability. Mr. Lenchek was far and away the best. In addition to being extremely reliable and competent, Mr. Lenchek also understands the anxieties of the person selling a home and is quickly responsive to all emails and phone calls. He also reaches out to provide updates on all the comparable listings in your area, so you always know where you stand versus the competition.

My husband and I had a home that we liked in Durham but were hoping to find a home with a seemingly impossible wish list a bit closer to my job at UNC. We asked him if he would be willing to just take us to see homes that we identified since we were very picky and didn't want to spend too much time visiting homes that weren't a good fit. Even with our first meeting with him I knew Armand was the best pick for us. He did not pressure us to sign a contract with him and stated that his policy was to have people sign buyers agreements when making an offer and not before because we should feel free to find someone else to help us if we didn't think he was doing the best job. This was HUGE for us since we had gotten paired with a TERRIBLE realtor before Armand and were in a contract with her for a very long time. 

When visiting homes, Armand always came very prepared by investigating any potential concerns. He also made note of all of the things that we asked or commented on to follow up with the seller. He didn't minimize any issues that we brought up. 

Armand always listened carefully to us and offered us advice when we asked for it. Even with the negotiations for our home we talked about what we were comfortable offering and asked for his feedback. He never seemed to pressure us in any way and he didn't make us feel uncomfortable with our offer. 

During the inspection and closing process he and his team were really on the ball and helped to identify excellent vendors for inspections and repairs. I felt very informed and comfortable through the whole process.

During our home search process I referred him to a student of mine who successfully purchased a home (and also reported having a great experience) and have since referred him to a family member. I am 100% confident that Armand would give excellent service to any client.

Finally, Armand is just a really great guy. He really cares about his clients and maintains a great relationship with them during and after the home buying is completed. 

Armand and his team are professionals that have a system in place to provide expert advice and make the process as simple as possible. Most importantly, communication was excellent throughout the process. The home presented unique challenges and tested all of us but Armand's team provided a remarkable service throughout. I would highly recommend him!

Professionalism became apparent with all the photos taken soon after our initial meeting...quanity/quality was so much better than everyone else out there!  Before we knew it, all was done and I was depositing a substantial check in my Mom's bank account which will fund her new retirement home for many years.  Worked out as well as we had hoped!  Terriifc service with excellent communication from the entire staff thoughout the process!

The agents were knowledgeable about the area. They were honest about house pricing and ease of areas to eventually sell if we wanted to. They were very helpful working with us during the entire buying process and afterwards answering questions. We are not from NC and they were very helpful with information. We would highly recommend them.

Services were not performed by the provider but, due to their experience in the local market, they were able to provide me resources to ensure that my house would sell.

It went great! Armand was extremely helpful to us from the beginning. He provided us with a comprehensive list of homes that matched the criteria we set forth. The list of homes was updated often. He was upfront and informative about all aspects of the home buying process.
When we viewed homes with Armand, he was helpful in showing us details and explaining things related to the condition of the homes. He answered all of our questions quickly and made contact with seller's agents to get us information we needed.

He was responsive to our needs, discreetly pointing out problems with houses that we might have become infatuated with (I remember him pointedly standing next to a large foundation crack in the basement of a house that would have already required a lot of work, waiting for us to notice the problem). We were new to the house-buying game, and he was patient with us as we figured out what we were looking for. We enjoyed his company, and he was always professional with us, even though he must have gotten exasperated with us from time to time as our search dragged on.
