Andrea is a native of Durham, but has also moved around in her life. So she was very helpful for us (my husband and I) who had never been to Durham in narrowing down neighborhoods on the basis of our interests in living in an urban and safe area. She spent two full days with us looking at houses (after making the appointments) and she was almost more careful in examining the features of the house that might be problematic in the future. She was also helpful in lining up the inspection, closing date arrangements, and coordinating with many parties as we were out of state. She was very helpful throughout the process and never pushy or overbearing.
