They always have a new charge when they come to do work. I feel as if they are taking advantage of us. We have had to have them "fix" it at least twice a year.

After many attempts to fix the problem, I called them again since it was not fixed. I was on their PREFERRED list, which I was suppose to be given priority since I paid for this service.
They could not come, so I contacted another service provide who fixed the problem in one session. They eventually installed a new system for me.
I contacted Air Secure to get a refund for the maintenance service, which I paid for, and the repairs which not only did not fix the problems but they caused them.
It took multiple complaints to the BBB to get a maintenance refund. It took many more emails and complaints to finally get them to give me a partial refund.
Even after they agreed it took another two weeks of daily emails before they finally sent the check.
I would not do business with them or recommend them to anyone, they are terrible.

The tech that did the work was knowledgeable and helpful. System repair work appears good. My frustration is their lack of communication re scheduling. They wasted a lot of my time. I've decided to take my follow-up work and regular system maintenance elsewhere for this reason.

THEY ALWAYS CALL AHEAD TO LET US KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMING AND THEN MAKE SURE THAT THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. I LIKE TO USE THEM AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS RUNNING RIGHT.
