After buying over 15 previous bulbs, we assumed the last three would last. They did not because of some tech issues related to how the bulbs were made. Ok, bad bulbs. We asked what to do and the response was to fill out the forms provided so they could get their money back, then we would get our new bulbs as soon as they got more from a new supplier. This is when things became very horrible. After some follow up phone calls after several weeks, we got excuses. Bad bulbs, too many people needing new bulbs, more tech issues, losing money, only one person running the company, second loans on houses, so on and so on. Don't care, run your business and follow through with what was promised. We either want our money back or three new bulbs...simple. Not asking for something unrealistic after 6 months, but now they will not return any calls or e-mails. Long story short...bad bulbs, horrible customer service, and they stole our money.
