Wonderfully. Derek never met a problem for which he did not have a solution (before telling me). Identified appropriate subcontractors who performed well. Did all of the framing, cabinet work, tile work, exterior siding, and concrete, with the aid of his 19-year associate. House was completed in record time with only a very few, easily resolved, inspection issues. He is wonderful to work with and I can't imagine doing any project with anyone else. I'm saving my money to have him build me a barn. He also has done minor repair work on a small rental property I have and done it well. I recommend him for any repair, renovation, new build, or addition. I can count on one hand people for whom I have given this kind of recommendation.
