+ -1 moreHe had been recommended by a friend of mine. He did fine on the actual roofing and he has got a five-year warranty on his work. I haven't yet got the warranty papers yet. We have had some rainstorms and I haven't seen any leaks. The pricing was higher than some. I had gotten a number of estimates and I didn't take the cheapest one. This is an old 1900 southern house and it was on slab boards and did not have plywood up there. He did do a good job cleaning up the yard. One of his workers had put his foot down through the slab boards down the eaves and he didn’t fix that. The problem is that I am not at home for most of the time and so he is being slack on the extra work. The actual roofing work is good and he did have to strip it down four layers.
