It was a minimum of $500. Sometimes only one person came to complete the service. They generally were not here more than 5 minutes. They left the area clean because all they did was coming out here and spray a little bit. There was nothing to dirty up the area.

They claimed they were killing my weeds and fertilizing my grass and I was just going to have the greenest, most beautiful grass in the world, but that didn't happen. I had to resod three times. You pay a basic fee and then they kept finding all they're supposed to do, "That's another $100 and that's another $75 and that's another $150." So, it was a fortune. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I had to go up to the regional manager to get any response.

I continue using them because they do a great job and anytime that I have a problem, have weeds or something coming up I can call them and they will come right out and take care of it.

The first few months were fine, then they started slacking off. I would call and they would take 2 weeks to get out. Then it would be time for the normal monthly service. Weeds were NOT effectively controlled, did not improve the quality of my lawn at all. I had my lawn fairly lush with very few weeds TrueGreen actually made it look worse than when they started. If it rained the day of a service or the day after (hard rain that would wash away the product) I would call and they would not get out for 2-3 weeks. The weeds had plenty of time to do their thing in the mean time. I have Bermuda grass to start with so it's prone to weeds and in need of proper fertilization. TrueGreen sucks over all. They are not timely and they provide substandard service. A promise of a lush thick lawn with no weeds is a joke. They milk you for what your worth, delay service calls so that they are not out any money, you just pay for the regular monthly visit because of their two-three week delay. When concerns about quality of service were brought to their attention on MANY occasions promises were made and broken. If you use them do so at your own risk.

It goes good. They never make a mess. They are very trustworthy. I have been using them for around ten years. They answer any questions I may have about any of the work they do.
