Description of Work: I called this company and they came out that afternoon to check my refrigerator which was beeping and the temperature raising. 2 service people came and said I needed a computer board. They told me I would get it the next day. It took 3 weeks for them to get the part (coming from Korea). I called a number of time to check on the progress of getting the part. They told me they would come to put the part in on a Thursday. No one came and I called at 4p.m. and the man said the fellow would be there. There was no phone call or visit. The next day they said they would come and they came and replaced the part. The refrigerator was still beeping. They told me it would taker 24 hours for the computer to reset itself. I called the next day and told them it still was beeping and the man told me there was nothing else he could do,
