We've used Overhead Door Specialists in the past and was impressed by Barry and Regina's work. We called them because a fishing rod got stuck in the garage door track and snapped the cable off the pulley. Around the same time the keyless entry stopped working. I called Regina and she had Barry come out the next morning. We were not home, but I felt confident enough to give Barry access to the garage. He replaced the cable and noticed that the pulleys were old and the bottom seal needed replacing. Since he didn't have the necessary pulleys on hand, he left after fixing the cable and ordered new ones.
Barry came back yesterday and replaced the pulleys and tested out our keyless entry. The entry was no longer functional and the new one that I purchased was not compatible, but Regina told me what color I needed for the new entry keypad. Barry fixed our car door opener for us which was also not working. They only charged us for one service call, even though Barry came to our house twice.
The price was beyond reasonable, and we were able to have our door fixed while we were at work. They are trustworthy, dependable, and provide great service. Just note that they are now called AAA Garage Door since Barry and Regina merged businesses.

They arrived to determine the problem exactly when they said they would (the day after I called). They gave an estimate that turned out to be very accurate. They returned to do the repairs on time and completed them on time. Very good service.

The luggage rack on top of our SUV snagged my mother-in-law's garage door, pushing it off its track. I got on Angie's list and found Overhead Door Specialists highly recommended. They were able to come out the next day and actually made the door better than new. The garage door had always been noisy -- groaning and creaking whenever it opened or closed. We thought it was just the nature of the beast, but they showed us that the original contractor had not aligned the tracks properly causing a lot of excess stress on the doors. Moving the tracks so they were straight and parallel added half an hour to their service call, but it was worth it. The door has operated flawlessly -- and very quietly -- ever since.

I called OHDS (Overhead Door Specialists, owners Regina and Keith Wallace). They came when they said they would, they found the problem (as well as a couple of other problems), fixed all the problems, and charged a reasonable price.They were very knowledgeable, professional, and charged a fair price. I highly recommend this business

Totally hassle-free. Performed job while I was at work and new opener has better amenities than old opener, which was 14 yrs. old and no longer made. Very satisfied.

Garage door had gradually bowed in over time to the point where it got stuck when I tried to leave in the AM. Called them right away and they came out that same day in the evening. Fixed the bowed in part and reinforced the bracing behind the door.
