I'm The company was hired by my homebuilder to do the landscaping. I had the house built and the builder had all his own contractors. They laid the sod and did the sprinklers, but when they laid the sod they didn't pack the ground first so after a week several divots and low spots formed. Also, the sprinklers that they installed didn't provide full coverage of the lawn! I told the builder and he contacted the owner who came out when I wasn't home and said it had adequate coverage. BUT, I had patches of dead grass underneath the sprinkler stream! So I had him come back out and this time I was home to show him. After some convincing he did realize that it wasn't providing adequate coverage so he sent a team out a few days later to remove a sprinkler down the line so that the others sprinklers had more pressure. It wasn't what we had discussed when we talked and there was no communication about the change. So, I still have poor coverage around the edges of the lawn and I'm not using them again.
