We ended up hiring them to overhaul the entire wired and wireless portions of our network. Since then, we have zero internal connectivity issues (aside from Xfinity’s problems/service external to the house) and we are finally able to enjoy a reliable network. Bonnie and Lew run a very professional operation with courteous technicians who show up on time and handle the job with fantastic attention to detail. I could not give a higher recommendation if you are looking for their services.

Excellent. Lew Little was prompt for the installation. Did an excellent job. Only took a couple of hours and everything was completed. I noticed that Lew took a lot of pride in his work. Very happy with the installation.

I have had this company out twice and both times the work performed was outstanding and reasonably priced. The first time Lew came and installed the wiring and network connections for home theater system and did a fantastic and thorough job. That was in March of 2017 and everything still works perfectly. I had Lew return in January 2019 after a remodel to get our wi-fi working properly. The contractor had moved our router to the basement and the wi-fi was not reaching all parts of the house. Lew was able to move the router to a more central location and install a hard wired booster to reach the areas of the house that were still not getting a good signal. Everything is working again, better than I thought it would be. He also resolved a printer issue that I was not able to figure out and made printing possible from any device. My teenage kids are pleased to have their wi-fi working again.

Lew did an amazing job. He was very helpful in planning the job. He spent about an hour at my house discussing the project in order to give me an accurate free estimate. He is extremely knowledgeable about networking. Bonnie sent a detailed estimate. Lew arrived on time and was prepared with all of the necessary equipment. He installed a gigabit switch in my closet and connected the Verizon gigabit network to the switch. He wall fished the cable through my basement ceiling to connect to the router. He went the extra mile to fish the cable in a manner that eliminated the need to cut an extra hole in the drywall. He was super friendly and explained everything he was doing. I love how he labeled the cables and ports. This project also involved installing gigabit ports in the family room and upstairs bedroom. Lew was able to run a cable from outside to upstairs. He showed me how he used a cable designed for outdoor use that was different than the cable that was used for the inside wiring. He even did nice cable management by only using the necessary length patch cables. I highly recommend Lew for any home networking projects that need to be done.

Superb as always. Lew and Bonnie Little have done previous work for us, purchasing and installing new TVs, soundbar, and universal remotes. They provide excellent service and work...Lew's knowledge of networks and how best to configure them to do what the client wants is superb. Timeline for service can be long...but that is just a reflection of the quality of work they do.

Both Bonnie and Lew were great to work with (nice/responsive/professional). Lew spent as much time as needed (both during the estimate and the service dates). Was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The other thing that I wanted to mention was that a week after the install, my speakers started "clipping". Lew came back out, free of charge and fixed it - even though the problem turned out to be due to my home (and not due to anything he had done during the install). I believe that the real test of a company's service and commitment comes to light when something goes wrong. Based on this, Home Network Solutions passed with flying colors. I recommend them with zero reservations.

It went splendidly and I cannot say enough about Home Network Solutions. Since our original home theatre installation, we have utilized them for additional services that were equally excellent. Lew and Bonnie (the owners) are efficient, attentive, diligent, responsive and priced reasonably. There have been a number of occasions since their installations where I have sought additional information or instruction from them and they have responded immediately and helpfully at no charge. They are excellent about following up their work as it may be necessary and are always timely. I have recommended this firm to many friends and do so without hesitation. I plan to use them for additional needs as they may occur in the future. They are first-rate.

Providerd very personal phone consultation followed up by on home estimate meeting and consultation. Worked with electrician to coordinate work and construction to limit invasive drywall work. Owner was present, extremely patient and directly engaged in work. All pricing options were offered and owners offered solid, reasonably priced installment and speaker options based on personal experience and years of work. All work was thorough and warrantied.

Happy to use Home Network Solutions for some new CATV wiring; anything to avoid trying to get my Cable TV provider to do this! Home Network Solutions' technician was very skilled, professional, neat and did job very quickly while making sure all worked properly too.

I have lived in my house for about 6 years with a janky, rigged-up cable TV system with coax running everywhere and connectors and some rooms only working half the time. I tried several times to make my own fixes, but I really just added to the trouble by making it more complicated. Lew figured out the whole thing, un-did my mistakes and fixed it so that I can watch TV in *all* my rooms using a MoCa network system, then he mounted my living room TV so I have more space in the room and a better line of sight from all the seats. I had a WONDERFUL experience with this company, both Lew and his wife were friendly, helpful, prompt and knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone and will most definitely use them again if anything else comes up. A+++

Verizon did a horrible job installing our internet and phone line; Verizon spent over an hour trying to find the phone line in the house (it was active on their end, but no dial tone in the house). Our recently purchased house was totally wired and had a cabinet hidden behind the wall for Verizon equipment, but the tech couldn't figure out how to wire it so the cabinet door would close... So, we hired Home Network Solutions to fix Verizon's install and find the phone line that Verizon couldn't find. I couldn't be more happy with Home Network Solutions. They labeled all of the wires on our switch, fixed the install so my cabinet could close and wires wouldn't be hanging down the wall, and found our phone line.
