Gold Mine Contracting

I recently had the pleasure of working with Devin @ GM Contracting to level the lot for my new house, and I could not be happier with the results. When I first purchased the property, I was worried about the steep slope that was there and whether it would be possible to build a slab foundation on it. Coming from FL, I was set on a slab and not a crawlspace. Thankfully, GM was able to deliver! The team arrived when agreed and cleared away trees and brush, leveled the ground, and created a stable pad for my home. The end result was nothing short of amazing. They kept me up to date during the process, answered the phone quickly, and were able to make some last second adjustments I wanted. 10/10.

Devin Brooks started the job and never finished. We went through and thoroughly discussed the scope of work by walking property and he came up with a price. After starting, he called to tell me the land project was complete. I went to land and they miss most of the back trees. Called and told him of the missed trees, and agreed they missed them and would finish? a month later no work was ever completed. He pulled equipment off land after it sitting there the time and refuses to finish or refund deposit. Stay away!

Very personable and appreciative. They were very careful even around sprinklers, internet cables, downspout run-offs, and septic systems not damaging any of them. I would highly recommend their work.

Devin Brooks went beyond the scope of what I expected, and added a feature I had not considered. This "extra mile" addition will significantly add to the life of the project, and shows the quality of the work and going a bit further to make it exceptional.
