Showed up on time to see what needed to be done and gave us a detailed written estimate.
After getting other estimates, we chose to go with this company.
Alex was very responsive, showed up on time every time, oversaw the work, was available to answer questions at all times, carefully explained how the de-humidifiers worked and how we should handle them, and finished the work when he said he would. Many months later, when we thought we had a problem, we called Alex, and he came out quickly to see about it. (Turned out to be a plumbing problem rather than a "water getting into basement" problem.) Alex followed through on everything promised and was responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend Dry Crawl Space.
