We were provided with a detailed proposal and breakdown of pricing for all the major components of the job. Prior to commitment we were able to visit suppliers (tile, plumbing fixtures, etc.) to get a firsthand look at the products proposed for our bath area and make alternate selections as desired. Once the project was fully defined and a final contract executed, work began within a week and was finished several days ahead of the committed schedule.  Any project of this magnitude will be a significant disturbance to the household but Randy and Wes worked with us to keep everything moving at a steady pace and minimize the time we were in the midst of construction - very much appreciated. They were always attentive to questions we had as work progressed and they delivered on everything we had expected and with an easy to work with approach. We would highly recommend Walker Design Build for anyone contemplating a medium to large home remodeling project.
