Expectations exceeded!! Highly recommend Wake Door Company without reservation. Aaron was super responsive when we called and asked for a quote. Wake Door Company's proposal was detailed and complete and included the exact materials that would be used. The price was very competitive, and they were able to schedule the work to be done within a week. Aaron arrived promptly at 8:30, just as he had said he would and completed the work 30 minutes ahead of schedule. The work was professional, and the worksite was left in pristine condition. We could not be happier and wholeheartedly recommend Wake Door Company to anyone who needs their garage doors replaced or repaired.

Very well. Aaron Dudek quickly figured out why my garage door was misbehaving and fixed it. He then discussed with me the pros and cons of keeping the old door or replacing it. When I made the decision to replace it, he quickly matched the style and color required by my HOA. He explained the ordering and installation process clearly -- all of which occurred as he had described. Aaron has come to my aid quickly and efficiently several times during the past 10 years that I have lived in Raleigh. He is always professional and courteous and his prices are reasonable. AND the time I thought the door was broken and it turned out I had left something in front of the "eye," he didn't make me feel stupid! That alone would have made me his fan!

If you have a garage door, it's going to break. Count on that. You need someone trustworthy to call when a repair is in order. Aaron is that guy.
A few years back I had an issue with my Wayne Dalton Torquemaster garage door system. I emailed pictures to several top-rated vendors on Angie's List along with a description of the problem. Aaron was the only vendor who seemed to know exactly what the problem was and quoted me a set price over email. Everyone else wanted to come look at it or send over a salesperson. Aaron showed up on time, did the repair, and charged what he said he would.
Fast-forward to this past weekend. Late Saturday night a Torquemaster spring popped. You'll know it when it happens - it makes an awful sound. It was late and we couldn't get the doors open to get the cars out. I called Aaron and left a message. I had an early flight on Sunday so I just scheduled a cab.
My wife spent all Sunday morning/afternoon trying to get a vendor from Angie's List to come over to get the cars out. I told her not to worry, Aaron will take care of it. I understand he's the owner/operator and didn't expect him to show up in the middle of the night or on Sunday morning. Sure enough he called my wife later on Sunday and said he'd be there at 8:00 AM Monday.
I was out of town, my wife was home alone, and at no point did she feel uncomfortable working with Aaron. He showed up on time, did the repair, and charged what he said he would.
Aaron is a trustworthy, dependable vendor who does quality work. He's worth waiting for.

Aaron is the owner of the company and he was great! He arrived right on time. He did the work by himself. He was done when he said he would be done. Cleaned up and was out of there! 4 hours! Very happy with the finished product!!

Very prompt response and very professional. Was able to install efficiently in an old garage packed filled with gardening equipment whre he had to work. He moved some stakes and tools that were in the way of the laser sensor. Stayed around and tested the unit several times to make adjustments to make sure it ran perfectly. Have had the new opener for almost 3 weeks and it is a dream. Automatic light comes on and remote openers work great. Highly recommend. Thank You Angie's List for another great recommendation.

Aaron arrived on time and did the work efficiently. The door was in really bad shape and he could easily have pushed replacing it. Instead he came up with a good solution to repair and it works great.

Needed broken garage doors replaced. They came the next day to give me a quote and doors were installed wthin 3-4 days. Prompt and professional. Highly recommend.

It is great to have a service provider respond promptly, discuss options and ideas with you in a honest and friendly manner, complete the work required quickly, AND clean up after himself.

I had them come out couple of years before this call. I was happy with them then so I had them come out this time. I would absolutely use them in the future. The service was of very good value, money-wise. They were honest. The first time when they came they had advised me to do something about the door. It was a lot less expensive than I was thinking it might be. They fixed it then and everything worked perfectly. However a couple of years later something went wrong again and I called them back. They came out and fixed it in no time at a very good price. They charged me less than $100 actually. They were very prompt. I would definitely recommend them. It’s an old garage and they did a fine job on it.

Great service and honest. The repair took only 1 hr and the door works great. At least one other company (even on Angieslist) told us the entire door needed replacing and quoted us $1300.

Very punctual, arrived at the start of the repair two hour window. Actual cost was the same as the estimate. Didn't try to sell additional unnecessary services. Professional, friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Our door became stuck in the up position when we tried to park the cars after coming home from work. the door is a 2-car, wooden door. We called in the evening and received an appointment for first thing next morning. The team arrived when they said they would. They replaced the broken cable and, at our request, replaced the cable on the other side. While they were there, they inspected the entire system. Charges were reasonable.
