They were very rude not willing to make good on the ruined jacket. Finally the store smells like cigarette smoke and so did my clothes
Description of Work: I took a white jacket in for cleaning when I picked it up it was spotted gray they took it back went to pick it up again and it was still the same way. A month later when I picked it up it was still gray.
