Turner Plumbing Service

The Turners are a husband and wife team. I asked for an estimate, and Terry said if I liked, I could send him some pics of the crawlspace in lieu of coming out to do an estimate. This worked well for me as I prefer to do as much as possible by email. He gave a good estimate, and gave me the option of buying the filter myself (which I did). On the scheduled day, they came out and had the work done fairly quickly. Afterwards he explained how to change the filter, etc.

Every service that has been performed by Terry Turner or his assistant, Bobby, has been performed with the highest degree of expertise, integrity and professionalism.  I would not use any other plumbing service.

I have had several service activities scheduled on my home this week. Turner plumbing service has been the only one so far to do what they said they were going to do, charge what they said they were going to charge and guess what?...actually show up on time. Incredible. If these guys keep punctuality up alone I'm sure they will corner the market out here. I can't tell you how many service providers I have had call and cancel on me last minute. It is small task for me to be at my home on a weekday. I really appreciate these guys showing up on time. Thanks.

He's done all of my plumbing work in the last 10+ years. He does excellent work. He is my plumber and I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else besides Turner Plumbing. He is clearly a cut above your average plumber. Reliable, and a company with integrity. I have recommended him to other people as well.

I called on a Friday, I believe, and as it wasn't an emergency I said I didn't need weekend service. Terry came the following Monday and confirmed the suspicion and worked up an estimate and some possible options. The next day a plumber and his helper came and spent the whole day. They had to figure out which of the 6 hidden pipes had the leak. With my permission, they cut holes in some walls to find the leaking pipe to avoid jack-hammering up my floor! I really appreciated their responsiveness, level of skill and knowledge, and sensitivity to doing the best repairs while disturbing as little of the existing structures as possible. Despite running into several challenges, the final price was still within the range originally given to me. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. A couple of my neighbors also had very good experiences with this company.

He looked over the exiting water heater, brought a new one, and installed it in a timely, professional manner.

Terry replaced my hot water heater. His estimate was lower than another one I had received. No problem with his work.

I had water standing on top of my Apollo Water Heater and lost of rust. I called to see if anyone could help me that day. Terry was vey helpful on the phone and reached me in the afternoon. My 5:00 PM, I had a new water heater installed, working properly and very satisfied. The two men he sent out to do most of the work, were very neat and courteous. I couldn't have received better attention!

Went great! They are real pros! Had 3 crummy toilets that weren't flushing well and leaking and now have 3 brand new ones that work perfectly! Had used Turner plumbing years ago when 2 valves for my washer were leaking. Terry (Turner) came out and said the valves didn't actually need to be repaired and he tightened them up. He didn't charge me for the repair and just asked me to call him next time. Great guys, very honest, professional and competent. Will only call them for all my plumbing work!
