I was pleased with almost everything. I wasn't happy that they gave me an original quote of $300 and it ended up being over $500. But the quality of work was good.

I've been coming to TurboTime for service on my Foresters and Tribeca for over 5 years now. Having a mechanic you can trust is worth its weight in gold, and one of the reasons I bought a Subaru for my last vehicle was because of my experience with the guys at TurboTime. I'd felt taken advantage of at other shops, but knew these guys wouldn't steer me wrong.

I don't remember the price, but I know it was reasonabe. They were very informative, they were prompt, they were friendly, and they fixed the problem.

This is a small shop ran by a handful of familiy friends that specialize in performance modifications to Suburus. They've been servicing my non-Suburu for a few years now, and while I don't typically bring in a lot of money for these guys, they treat me just like any of their customers and always make time for me. I've had them do my 30K and 60K service maintenance work, change out break pads, and replace an O2 sensor as well. Recently, my wife's Outback starting idling high and she brought it in and Ryan (Certified Suburu Master Tech) took care of it. Oddly, the issue creeped up again a few days later. My wife brought it in, Ryan took a look and replaced whatever part was causing the problem - no charge of course. Definitely give them a try. If they don't make you happy, Eric (owner) will take care of you.

My Subaru was getting a little warm at idle so I had Turbo Time Check it out for me. It turned out that the coolant system had an air pocket in it from a recent turbo install and the person that was doing the install (me) did not "burp" the coolant system properly. They probroally could have charged me a few hundred for an imaginary o-ring and I would have never known but instead they charged me $17 labor to fix it. Excellent mechanics, Honest people.
