Our two 43 year old bathrooms were stripped down to stud walls and sub-floor. In one, the tub was removed and replaced by a frameless glass shower occupying that space. In the other the toilet was moved to create a water closet, sinks were moved, and a glass enclosure added to the tub. Vanities were custom built, lighting fixtures replaced, a heated floor installed in the master bath, new fans and mirrors added, a solar tube added, standard door openings replaced with pocket doors, plumbing fixtures replaced, and granite tops installed on vanities. Floors and shower were tiled as was the tub surround. The estimate and cost was in the middle of the range of estimates we received. The built in allowances were good and we had little over costs. Wallace is a wizard at scheduling and work was continuous on our project. His tradesmen (plumber, electrician, tile setter, etc.) work only for TrendMark and are perfectionists. They respected our home, were efficient and able to problem solve, happy to answer questions, and cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. We confidently allowed them to work in our home while we were away for three weeks. Just before leaving we discovered our roof needed replacing. Wallace offered to handle this for us and obtained an estimate from a roofing company he trusts. We approved the estimate, gave Wallace a check in that amount to pay the roofers, and had a new roof when we returned. Wallace and the project manager were readily available by phone or e-mail. TrendMark went above and beyond for us. The experience and final result exceeded our expectations. The only item on our punch list was a few paint touch-ups which were completed without having to remind them. TrendMark produces high-end results at a fair price. We love our new bathrooms and loved working with TrendMark

He is a master beam person; he is excellent at putting beams in. We are not able to see where he put them. We had a designer help and we were very pleased; we would not change anything. We would use him again, the work turned out better than I expected.

.The owner of Trendmark Inc came out and he was very professional, very thorough with his assessment of the project and I received the feedback faster than I accepted and he was extremely easy to deal with but his price was on the higher side so I did not accept him.

We started working with Trend Mark in November 2012 and expect completion in March 2013. We live in Florida, so all work is being done while we are away. Each visit has exceeded our expectations and communications via email and phone are constant and immediate. Wallace Baker, owner, is a professional and a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I want to remove the wall between two living rooms, and we are looking for a quality contractor to do the work. We decided to call TrendMark after reading all of their great reviews and awards. Wallace, the owner, came to our house for the estimate; he inspected the rooms, asked questions, took our contact information, and said that he would be in touch with us within the week. Unfortunately, we never heard from him that week. The next week I sent him an email (the one listed on his business card) and still never heard anything back. I know we are young and our project might be very small compared to the work he does regularly, but we are a potential client and it is highly unprofessional to not communicate anything. We will not consider Trendmark in the future.

The owner Wallace Baker came out and looked and gave us an estimate the very next day. We ended up not going with him because of variety of reason and one of which being the price. He is a pretty big organization, it is our master bath but our house is not tremendously large so it is not a large master bath. He does the whole house makeovers. He came out a couple weeks after I had called them because he and I were out of town. But he was very professional looked over everything, took a lot of measurement and gave us a written estimate. The quote was for somewhere between $17, and $18000. I like him. I would certainly call him again for an estimate.

Good. This isn't a fly by night company. The owner is knowledgable enough to oversea his people to make sure a proper job is done.
