Bob was very pleasant on the phone when I called to schedule the appointment. He promised to be very fair in his pricing and he was, I thought, very reasonable. He called ahead of time to remind me of the appointment. He performed the work with a tuning fork rather than digital tuning device, which we appreciated. He even cleaned the keys for us. By the time he left, the piano sounded beautiful--like a completely different and much newer piano. And it looked better too. Bob has been in business for a long time, clearly knows what he is doing, and we will feel good about continuing to rely on him for this service.
