Fantastic. Chris was very professional and informative. He took the time to explain the problems and how to prevent them from happening.

TCM was recommended by Absolute Stone in association with a counter top replacement.  TCM had flexible scheduling and were punctual.  He evaluated the garbage disposal and resolved some minor issues with it which saved me from having to replace it.  He installed all the necessary components.  Left everything very neat and clean and made sure he answered any questions I had.  I would definitely give them a call if I needed any additional plumbing work done.

Chris has been taking care of my plumbing needs for several years. He is always on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. This time he installed a new kitchen sink faucet. He also located a problem with the shut off valve and was able to fix that too. I will definitely use him again.

Chris with TCM Plumbing was everything I have always thought a repair service should be. He was punctual, very professional, took precautions not to dirty anything in my house, explained all the needed work and options for the repairs that were needed and completed all the work in a reasonable amount of time. The charge for the work completed was very reasonable in comparison to what I have been charged in the past by repair services as well as what I was quoted when researching for the work I currently needed.

Chris was on time, took off his boots at the door, looked at the shower fixture, took it apart, examined it, showed us what he was doing. He found the problem and fixed it.

They have been great to deal with in every regard, do excellent work for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Chris has been really excellent. He is really good. We have been quite fortunate that he fixed everything after we had water damage. He is right now in the middle of getting the work done and he has to come back. He had to do the kitchen sink. He even had to cut the pipes and put in new pipes because it was deeper. He has to take out the sink and the commode in the half bath on the first floor for the flooring work. He then has to come back and put it back. He has a lot of different things to do. We didn’t compare his prices with other companies, but we don’t have any qualms about it. He has done a fine job and he is a nice young man. Chris is like the third generation in the same company. He does very careful work. He also does extra things around the house for you. He and his crew seem to be very efficient and they certainly know their business. I paid about $500 together for two separate jobs.

They were a very professional, honest, and knowledgeable team. They were also careful and neat. Our old toilets weren't flushing well and wasting water. They recommended the jet action Toto model and they have worked very well. They also cleaned our shower drain and recommended a drain cleaning enzyme product while they were there. We have since recommended them to a neighbor who was also very pleased with their service and price. The reason for the "B" in quality is that they pointed out, but did not correct a pre-existing problem.

THE OWNER IS AN AWESOME MAN. HE IS ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET. THE WORKERS ARE NICE, POLITE, AND HONEST. YOU ARE NEVER A STRANGER WHEN THEY ARE AROUND. HE IS ALWAYS WELCOMING.
