Hands down top notch..... needed a roof put on my new barn....The owner came and priced the job..gave me some suggestions...I still needed to strip the roof with 2x4s...he talked me into letting his guys do it...glad he did.... material was cheaper than i could buy it and it took the 1/10 of the time to do it....best interaction ive ever had with a roofing company

The whole process went very well from the beginning to end. Everyone who was involved in this job were knowledgeable and professional. They did excellent work. We also had a few questions after the job was done. They responded quickly and came out to see what our concern was. We are really impressed with their follow through! I would highly recommend them!!!

Roofers did an excellent job! They quickly completed the job and cleaned any debris.

They did a great job. Ben came out within a day after contacting him and did a thorough roof inspection and laid out for me what I would need to have done. He did a much more comprehensive look than did others I talked to. He told me just what to expect and laid out my options in a "no pressure" approach. On the day of the replacement, the guys showed up on time and got everything done. Ben came back out, we talked about some minor cosmetic things, and he had a crew out the next day to wrap everything up. I don't expect to ever need another roofer, but if I did, I would go to SureTop. Great service!

They were very good. Before he even gave me a quote he gave me a full detailed report of what he had found on my roof and that was really good. 

The pricing was excellent. The presentation of the job was very thorough. I appreciate that  I wasn't pushed to do something I wasn't comfortable with. He was very very professional, completely. I am selling my house and buying a new one and they first thing I am doing is having him come and look at the roof.

Ben was great to work with and Tony was very conscientious that the job was done right with follow-up cleanup the next day.

One of our properties, their guys, we didn't have power so they tapped into a neighbor's and the neighbor got extremely upset. I called the manager of Suretop and they ended up totally taking care of it and paying off the neighbor so that everything was fine and made sure their guys didn't do that ever, ever again.

Great. No more leaks and it looks great. We will hire them again for any future leaks.

Ben and his crew were amazing to work with. They came out got started early that morning as promised and finished the roof that evening. Ben came back and checked on the roof to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend SureTop and Ben to everyone. The only area of improvement was they could have done a much better job picking up the nails after completion. They finished pretty late on a holiday weekend so I think the crew was ready to go home. I don't blame them really it was super hot and late. Ben also has friends that he can recommend for carpentry and painting. It was a great experience and our roof and gutters look great.

Suretop was great! They did outstanding quality work. Our roof would've been replaced in a day without the rain (although they worked through the rain for about an hour). The gutters were put on within a day as well. Ben came by to check everything out once the job was done. He noticed a minor problem with the gutters and workers returned later that day to fix it. The price was very fair and the work done was outstanding. The clean up was impressive as well. I still haven't found a single nail left over from the job. I would highly recommend Suretop!

Ben Wright of SureTop Roofing was a pleasure to deal with.  He was punctual, polite, professional and very prompt to answer any questions that we had.  His roofing crew was polite and as far as I can tell, did an excellent job (I confess I have not walked the roof to examine the work, it's far too steep for me to climb up and down).  We've had no leaks in spite of a good bit of rain, and our new roof makes our house look great.  Ben did not pressure us to buy his services, but was very helpful, including walking the roof with our insurance inspector to answer any questions about our claim.  He promptly filed our warranty paperwork and we received the roof warranty from GAF soon after paying off the work.  I would highly recommend SureTop Roofing as a very professional roofing contractor and recommend them to my friends.

Donnie was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of damage that were done to our roof by the hail and he took pictures of each type of damage and marked the locations where the damage occurred. Donnie sent the pictures to me by email so that I could provide them to the insurance company, if needed to file the claim. He provided estimates of the cost required to repair the damage that were almost exactly what the insurance adjuster estimated they would be, and offered sensible and honest options for quality shingle and underlayment replacement. There was a lot of damage to roofs in our neighborhood and although Donnie was extremely busy, he always responded to our inquiries and kept us informed by phone or email with respect to what was going on with timelines for the estimates and roof work with our understanding that timelines were approximate due to pending weather conditions that might impact his scheduling. Donnie's crew made sure that our new deck and exposed landscaping were covered to prevent any damage to them. We were extremely pleased with the overall workmanship of the roofing crew, their professionalism and dedication, and with the quality of the work done. The roof work was completed in a single day and the entire area was cleaned and all of the materials including nails were removed from
the site. Donnie was also very good with follow-up. We discovered a slight buckle over the garage after the roof was replaced that was barely visible except in a certain light that his crew came back and fixed almost as soon as I informed him that it was there. Our roof looks great! I would highly recommend SureTop Roofing Company and especially Donnie Blanchard for any future roofing work.
