Owners / staff very nice to work with.  Making an appointment was easy.  Lobby (waiting area) is comfortable and relaxing.  Installer did a great job.  I felt they were professional, informative, and did a good job.  They also offer window tint for home/business.
I can't speak to longevity or long-term quality, but the installation looks great.  I will most likely have them tint my other vehicle. I would recommend to friends & family.

This is the second time I have used this company.  Both times, the process was smooth, professional and flawlessly executed.

The installation crew was prompt (even called to say they were running ahead of schedule) and professional.  They were mindful to cause no disruption or mess, and took the time to explain the lifetime warranty and care/cleaning instructions.

Their product is virtually invisible and requires no additional maintenance - as well as offers savings for cooling my home and saving my floors and furniture from fading.

I highly recommend this company.  It was a pleasure having them perform services.

I was on the search to have the windows tinted in my new 2013 Honda Accord.  I found Sun Protection on Angie's list due to their high ratings but I also visited two other competitors.  I ended up going to Sun Protection due to their professionalism, competitive pricing, close proximity to my work and overall general positive feeling I got when I visited their showroom/shop.  In addition, when I mentioned being an Angie's list subscriber, they also told me they provide 10% discount to their customers.  The did a very good job within the time period promised/scheduled and I'm quite happy w/the finished product.  Also, I found a coupon on Yelp that gave me >20% discount, which they honored w/o any issue.

My car was taken in right away. They are very attentive. They have all kinds of beverages in the refrigerator in the waiting room, plus wifi.
They make your waiting at least very tolerable.
The final result is amazing. Not one bubble, it's perfect.

All the options were explained to me in detail, the service was completed in the quoted timeframe, and the waiting area was comfortable.  They did a great job.

We contacted Sun Protection based on the reviews on Angie's List as we wanted UV films applied to some of our windows to cut down on heat intrusions.  Sun Protections sent out someone for a quote a few days later on a day that was convenient for us. He was on time, nicely dressed, and professional.  He gave us several options and did not push the most expensive option, then emailed us a detailed quote before leaving.  I called later that same day to schedule the installation of the films.  The person I spoke with was professional and quickly helped me schedule a time.The installers also arrived on time and were professional in their demeanor.  They worked efficiently and took approximately the amount of time that we were told it would take.  Overall we were pleased and plan to use Sun Protection to install the UV films on the remaining windows in our home.

We are in the process of remodeling our bathroom.  We had 3/8" frameless glass installed for our shower door and above the kneewall.  Wanting something more than plain glass, we saw that Sun Protection installs patterned window treatments.  I choose a pattern based on the Solyx photos pictured on their web site.  My husband tells me the reps that came out to install the product were professional and all went well.  When I saw the installation later in the day I noticed that the pattern was installed 90 degrees out from what the web site showed and what I had imagined.  My husband confirmed that had the reps installed it such that the door would not have a seam.  I called Sun Protection and spoke with Cathy.  She came to our home to see the installation.  She agreed there would be no other way to install the film without having a seam on the door.  She then offered to replace the film with another pattern that would please us.  We went to the web site to choose a few options and she then got samples of each, indicated which direction they ran on the roll and delivered them to my home.  My husband and I choose a new pattern and called Cathy who scheduled an installation date.  We were once again pleased with the professionalism of the installers and now pleased with the look of the product.  Our glass looks like designer glass at a fraction of the cost.  And I doubt you could even find glass in the beautiful pattern we chose.
I can't stress enough how helpful Cathy was throughout this whole process.  Her attitude thoughout is to make the customer happy--we certainly are.  We would recommend Sun Protection for any window treatments.  They have beautiful products and a professional staff!  Thank you!

The estimate was just under $500.. On the day of the installation, three men showed up. They were very professional, worked at a good pace, seemed happy. They finished in no time- half an hour maybe. Watching them work I got the feeling that they really knew what they were doing. The total was exactly what the estimate was. They gave me an excellent transferable warranty. The windows look great.  I'm happy!

Everything went perfectly.  The film applied lets light in and cannot be detected.

Outstanding experience!  They came promptly for a quotation, and explained my tinting options.  I selected a tint, they scheduled installation in just a few days time.  Their estimating crew also did the installation, and they were quick, neat, professional and did a great job.  The final price was exactly as quoted and the job looks great.

Everything about this experience was GREAT from the quote to the day of installation, EXCEPT how they handled their advertisement that the company ran in the Angie's List mailer (of all places!!) which clearly states "10% off for Angie's List Members" but when I asked about it, it only applies to certain window films. If it is only to apply to certain products it should state that in the coupon/ad or you should honor what you printed until you can correct it! Despite such a overall good experience, it just irks me that they wouldn't honor what they said in the Angie's list publication.

Update: They called after the fact, apologized for the error in publication and honored their advertised discount, they clearly regained my confidence by their professionalism, and my wife and I are already deciding which windows they will do next....

They were very professional and timely. Their charge was less than the estimate. They cleaned up after themselves. This was a very good experience!

Spoke with rep at Raleigh Home Show and determined what I needed to keep sun from fading books and floor in library. Called and sat up an appt for 10/14. Crew arrived on time, and took care to clean up afterward. Wish I would have had it done 4 years ago......
