They looked at the project and suggested that due to the simplicity of the job recommended I do it myself and save money. He explained steps to follow and materials to purchase.

"What more could he want, easy 5 stars. Made appointment, showed up on time. Very minor issue . Suggested he do it himself. He didn't need a skilled mason, just a little TLC . Informed him of product to use. Didn't warrant what I what need to charge. Did the right thing"

Even though it was a small project (secure several loose bricks), John did not treat it as a small project. He took the time to explain the proposed work in detail, was prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? Would highly recommend.
