Metal Stairs and Railings Installation and Replacement
What work? He quoted me $600 to create and install railings for my deck in August 2020. I gave him a check for a $300 deposit. He cashed my check a few days later. But he never created or installed my railings. He never called to say there was a problem. Never offered to return my money. He ignores my phone calls, messages, letters, and text messages. ALL HE HAS EVER DONE IS TAKE MY MONEY. I know 2020 was a strange year, but what about 2021, 2022, 2023? What the hell Stewart.
