Description of Work: They were hired as the general contractor to replace a big section of siding, repair some siding, power wash the house, paint the house, patch the front threshold, and replace the gutters. Through a series of errors including their subcontractors painting the side of the house when a major rain storm was approaching which resulted in the paint running and drying with huge drips, the work did not go as I had hoped. After much discussion, the contractor had the painters replace the siding which had been ruined by the paint. I was billed for the siding. When the painters put the siding on, they put nails through to the bedroom wall which then had to be patched and painted. I added on fixing my crawl space door to make the closure work better. The fix to that was to move the closure to about 1 foot from the ground which is an awkward height. I was told that the cleanup from the job would be "as though they hadn't been there." However, the nails and debris that I picked up, showed otherwise. | |The seal (or paint) on the front threshold was not applied well and it seems like water was caught in it and bubbled up. The front door was painted in a high gloss paint when the original was not glossy. It didn't doesn't seem that surface of the door was properly prepped for the paint because from the beginning it scratched easily and didn't adhere well. I have asked the contractor to fix the front door and threshold and am still waiting for that to happen. | |As thing after thing happened, the relationship between the contractor and me (homeowner) got more tense. Overall, I am disappointed. I have used them previously, so I knew that they could do a good job, but I wasn't satisfied with this quality of work and customer care as I am still waiting for issues to be resolved.

Description of Work: We had a major addition put on through them. He did a room expansion, added a new room and also re-did our front porch by adding a facade.

Description of Work: I had them build a sunroom for me. I was satisfied with this company. I thought there prices were very reasonable. The crew was very professional and helpful. I was happy with the outcome of the sunroom but I had some other work done that wasn’t that great.
